So for this month there are some products that I am loving and using all the time so I figured I would share with you guys! I love trying new products out and unless it is truly amazing I rarely stick with the same products especially for my hair!

This is a great volumizing mouse perfect to spray in your hair when it’s wet before you blow-dry. It is a “no mess” formula and has a nozzle that is configured so you spray it directly on your hair line without getting your hands all sticky! Found this at Sally’s Beauty Supply. I have tried a bunch of different dry shampoos and in my opinion they are all pretty much the same but at the moment I am using this one and it’s great even with having darker hair! I found this one at Wal-Mart and its pretty inexpensive I love trying drug store products for your hair because you can go through them pretty quickly I would rather save and spend more on my makeup or shoes 🙂
Since the weather was pretty dry and cold I went back to one of my fave lotions that I really only used in the summer but it works great to hydrate your skin and doesn’t leave a greasy residue. The scent is Lime Coolada and reminds me of the beach so thats another bonus!
This Revlon Colorstay is one of my absolute go-to products, I have many other higher end foundations from when I worked at Nordstrom and the lasting power and finish of this product can’t be beat especially for the price! I love this foundation by itself or mixed with other foundations to create the perfect finish or the perfect color. I use the normal to dry skin formula in 220 Natural Beige and wear NW 20-NW25 in Mac as a reference.
I have been using this Frost and Glow kit for a couple months now and I am in LOVE! For the price ($6.99 at my NC Target!) you can’t beat it! I have used it at least three times on myself, my girlfriend Brittany and my sister Kelsey! The color turns out great and doesn’t look at all orange or brassy and is not so intense so it doesn’t leave any harsh contrasting lines especially in darker hair. This is so simple to use, you just mix the color and use the gloves that come with the kit to apply the color, I always start in the back and take a small piece of hair and work from the bottom up that way the formula is on the ends the longest allowing a perfect blend near the top of your hair.
After a horrible experience at the salon I can’t believe how easy this was, but if you have never colored your hair before or have heavily colored hair I would deff recommend getting a color consult at a salon you trust with a colorist who is certified in the type of highlighting that you want!
