Orange is the new black…

Happy Thursday guys!! Can we please talk about how it’s already August!  That means the end of summer and starting to prep for the school year ahead.  I can’t believe I am going to have a little first grader on my hands, she is super excited and ready for the new year!

So Kelsey and I took a little trip to Malvern and she found the worlds cutest bakery that I probably have ever been in!  It was like Instagram made it just for taking pictures in… plus the pastries were absolutely amazing.  We worked in the bakery for a little then took the opportunity to shoot some of my favorite work looks that I wear all of the time when I need to look more polished.

I love how this look came together with a few super fun and classic pieces from Kelsey’s closet.  She is so good at curating the perfect pieces that are fashionable, chic, and timeless.  I am super excited to share them paired with my very basic and classic pieces that I mix and match all year round!

Ok so the shoes are amazing and super comfortable, If you don’t work in a very conservative office I think that they offer the perfect pop of color to any basic outfit.  I love how they tie around the ankle and are just a really fun twist on a classic pump.

Next up we have my all-time favorite MUST HAVE work pants that are from the Gap Factory.  For some reason they are just perfect in my opinion for a shorter girl who needs a little stretch in a pant without looking like you are wearing leggings.  I literally wear these all the time I have like three pairs!

I am also obsessed with these little sweater shells from J.Crew, they actually are the perfect layering pieces because they are not very thick, but also look professional enough to wear alone in the warmer weather.

Finishing off the look how can you not miss the fab bag and vintage Gucci scarf also compliments of Kel’s closet!  This bag is so good you guys keep an eye out for a video where I will be reviewing it on my YT Channel!

Thank you for reading I hope that you enjoyed this outfit as much as I did!
