Summer Dresses…

Hey guys! Now that summer is officially here I wanted to start sharing some of my favorite looks and new things that I am loving!  Dresses are probably one of my favorite pieces to wear during the summer.  They are so easy and comfortable to wear especially when it’s hot and sticky outside.

Self-Tie Vertical Striped Sleeveless Shirt Dress (M) $20.99

The last dress I want to share with you guys I also love and think would be perfect for any bridal or baby shower.  I absolutely love the blue and white classic stripe and think it is a soft pretty look that will flatter any skin tone!  I also like the pattern paired with these fun Joes Jeans heels.  They are super comfortable and add a great pop of color without being over the top!

Blue White Striped Dress (wearing M)

This first dress I initially picked for a coverup, but the material is really great and will totally work with wedges or flats for a fun lunch during the summer especially on vacation!  This is the perfect pool or beach to lunch or drinks!

This next dress I had high hopes for and I think it is really fun!  I found this one on Romwe.com and had plans to wear it for a wedding.  The fabric is a thick scuba material and what I love the most is the color!

I am obsessed with this long maxi dress!  It is usually hard to find maxi dresses that fit me because I am on the shorter side, but this one is perfect especially with a wedge!  I think this is going to be perfect for a date night or dinner with the girls!  I love the 70’s vibe and think the cut is really flattering and very different from anything I have in my closet!

Thanks for reading!

  1. Hi, for the darling blue and white striped dress. What do you do about the open back. Do you wear something underneath?

    Thank you, Denise

    1. Hi Denise and thanks for reading! For that particular dress I use it as a bathing suit coverup and a few of my one pieces are high in the front and low in the back so it worked out, but for a non bathing suit look I would recommend a white bra with fun straps, they have a bunch at Target right now!. If thats not your thing I would look for a convertible back bra! -Meg
